The Global Rainmakers TAC Team:

•     Provides support with technical architecture for products to integration groups.
•     Provides field service support for product deployments.
•     Follows up on customer support issues.
•     Acts as a help desk for customer related issues.
•     Provides for field service for the GRI T3 group staff as needed.
•     Receives calls from either outside field service partners, TAC staff or other sources.

The TAC team is also responsible for the following: order entry, order processing, tracking shipments of parts and equipment and tracking customer calls until closure is achieved. This group deals with post installation, ongoing service and support issues.
 
The TAC group is staffed with the following skills:

•     Product Management
•     Call Center
•     Internal Technical Support
